Silvia Noriega International MBA

FORWARD-THINKING SUSTAINABILITY MANAGER PIONEERING MEANINGFUL CHANGE IN THE ENERGY & FINANCE SECTORS.

A Sustainability Manager with 15+ years of experience driving innovation and transformative change in the energy and finance sectors, Silvia aims to leverage insights gained from the Master in Public Administration in International Development program at Harvard’s Kennedy School and the MBA, along with an impactful career in development and social impact, to equip multisectoral enterprises with comprehensive ESG strategies.

Her various roles at academic institutions, public & private sector entities, and international organizations sharpened her ability to bridge cultural divides between stakeholders in Europe and Latin America. As Sustainability Manager at Grupo Credicorp, she steered impactful initiatives that aligned business objectives with societal and environmental goals. Before this, she led reputation and social responsibility efforts at the largest bank in Peru, Banco de Crédito del Perú strengthening the organization’s commitment to sustainability, community engagement, and DEI efforts.

Drawing from her background in international development and market access for underserved communities, she cultivated a deep understanding of sustainability challenges and opportunities across sectors. At SNV Netherlands, Silvia advised governments and international organizations on economic inclusion. Her tenure at the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism involved shaping and executing trade negotiation strategies for Peru in bilateral and multilateral forums.

For her next professional challenge, she intends to use her leadership acumen, critical thinking skills, and emotional intelligence to navigate complex challenges and deliver sustainable solutions. Outside of work, she relishes yoga, reading, and exploring nature, which fuels her creativity and perspectives on life and leadership.
