Bruno is a Risk Control Specialist with 15+ years of banking sector experience with a focus on updating control plans, operationalizing risk assessment processes, and enforcing compliance with industry standards. He collaborates cross-departmentally to drive transparency, identify risks & controls, propose mitigation actions, and deliver comprehensive reports. Bruno advises department heads on how to implement and manage new procedures that safeguard the bank’s activities. Alongside his current role, he is pursuing the Executive MBA at Porto Business School where he has learned how to formulate 360-degree strategies. His goal is to rise into a leadership role in the banking sector, using his newly acquired skills int transformational leadership, communication, coaching, and financial planning.
