Hugo is an Investment Associate with 15+ years of experience overseeing real estate projects across Europe. He merges a background in financial analysis, asset valuations, investment management, and M&A to identify and secure lucrative investment opportunities and expand clients’ portfolios. Alongside his corporate career, Hugo has nurtured an entrepreneurial mindset, having successfully founded and exited an online dermocosmetics store within two years. Currently, as part of the entrepreneurship track in his Executive MBA, he is developing a startup aimed at tackling key inefficiencies in secondary research, further solidifying his ability to identify market gaps and translate them into viable business solutions.

Now, with the Executive MBA at Porto Business School, he is refining his leadership acumen and expanding his horizons. His career thus far has been entirely with Sonae Sierra, and while he grew within the organization, he always knew he’d only be able to unlock his full potential if pushed beyond his comfort zone.
