Rosário is an Industrial Engineer with over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry. Her career has been dedicated to optimizing processes, ensuring quality, and fostering strong motivated teams that work toward shared goals. She believes in creating an environment where collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement thrive.
She began her career at Valeo, where she had the opportunity to work closely with Tunisian and Spanish teams on cross-cultural projects in electrical components, building strong relationships and navigating cultural challenges with a practical and collaborative approach.

At Continental, she progressed through roles in Industrial Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Production Leadership. These experiences allowed her to contribute to the company’s success while growing personally and professionally. Each role brought new challenges, whether it was optimizing production processes, safeguarding customer satisfaction, or developing strategies to improve team performance.

Currently pursuing an Executive MBA, Rosário is deepening her knowledge in leadership, strategy, and business management. This program has not only expanded her skill set but also encouraged her to approach challenges with a broader perspective, blending technical expertise with an entrepreneurial mindset.
