Carlos is an urban planner & architect with 16+ years of experience steering major real estate development and industrial manufacturing projects in Angola, Brazil, Canada, Portugal, Spain.

Earlier in his career, he established and expanded a Canadian biotech/health & wellness company’s campus in Portugal by advising its leadership on building construction, resource allocation, and compliance with local regulations. He launched the company’s PMO/PLM office and coached three project managers to interface with teams worldwide on product lifecycle management and construction initiatives. This new unit swiftly completed a 50+ project backlog and recovered resources that could be allocated elsewhere.

Enrolling in the MBA program has provided Carlos with fresh insights into formulating strategic plans, incorporating data-driven decision-making into business operations, and advising clients and investors on navigating commercial and industrial developments. After completing the program, he plans to pursue lucrative opportunities in urban and industrial development, real estate investment, and client representation.
