Under his leadership, Grenke Portugal has flourished, becoming the company’s seventh most profitable market out of 33 countries worldwide. His ability to identify market opportunities, innovate processes, and inspire teams has been instrumental in this success.

As a graduate of Porto Business School Executive MBA program, André has further sharpened his analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. He leveraged this education to enhance Grenke’s operational excellence by introducing tailored workshops for the local management team.
