Catarina is a Project Manager & Engineer with 8+ years of experience overseeing residential & commercial real estate developments, renewable energy transformations, and strategic marketing initiatives. She enrolled in the Executive MBA at Porto Business School to enhance her technical profile with knowledge of how businesses operate in finance, strategy, and change management. Upon completing this program, her goal is to explore roles where she can advise on an organization’s strategy, improve processes at levels, and ensure sustainable growth.

During the pandemic, she launched a freelance consulting practice that engineered acoustics, hydraulics & gas installations designs for major residential and hospitality complexes in Portugal. Working autonomously, she developed projects from concept to delivery while ensuring the practice's sustainability and took great pride in contributing to the construction of impressive ventures.
