Celso is a data-driven Mechanical Engineer with 15+ years of experience overseeing diverse renewable energy projects involving batteries, wind farms, and solar panel installations. Using an an analytical mindset, he overcomes complex challenges and identifies new ways to reduce dependencies on oil & gas for energy companies. He currently works for Voltalia after a decade spent consulting for various household name energy companies.

His experience as a consultant positioned him to interface with clients and partners, propose groundbreaking solutions, and align stakeholders’ vision from concept to execution and to turnover and long-term success.

Celso decided to pursue the Executive MBA to strengthen his technical background with the practical entrepreneurial and financial expertise needed to drive his company’s further expansion. The program aligned with his values as it serves as a hub for sustainable innovation in the region. He greatly benefited by expanding his understanding alongside peers equally committed to driving ESG transformations as executives in their respective industries.
Now, he plans to elevate his leadership role by focusing on long-term strategies and making significant progress toward a carbon-neutral future.
